User was facing issue with Data flow refresh failure.
Error 1:

As per our finding from Gateway logs: The issue occured due to OAuthTokenRefreshFailedException: Failed to refresh OAuth token.

InnerMessage=<ccon>AADSTS50173: The provided grant has expired due to it being revoked, a fresh auth token is needed. The user might have changed or reset their password.
Ask: When Password or OAuth token is going to be expired Fabric should provide an automated email or notification to avoid such refresh failures.
