Pass a Bookmark into a Publish to Web URL

Enable the ability to pass a bookmark in the URL of a Publish to Web report, similar to how you can pass a page name using &pageName=ReportSectionXXX.

Sharing bookmarks via URLs is easy internally, but this feature isn't available for public dashboards. Since there are navigation buttons for bookmarks (similar to pages) and you can pass a page name into a public URL, it would be great to have this capability for bookmarks too.
