Parametrize ADF Notebook activity.

Please parametrize activities as much as possible. I would like to create a template how to run a notebook. (notify to Teams and then fail. )

Nobody wants to "click" this again and again.

Add expressions to use for:

• notebook name (string)
• notebook parameters (object)

Do same for as most objects (activity, connection) as possible.
