Parameters for Data Pipelines Run Schedule

Hello,

Would it be possible to add parameters to a pipeline run? Sometimes there are parameters such as 'do a full run' vs 'do an incremental run' that we may want to run in different schedules even. However, the current workaround is to wrap these parameterized pipelines in another pipeline and then schedule that one.

This will still respect the 'concurrency = 1' setting, but it feels a bit out of place.
