For the sake of all things good in this world - please provide a way to parameterize Gen2 dataflows in deployment pipelines.

This absolutely includes the ability to parameterize data destinations.

Gen1 dataflows are parameterizable. You can follow this pattern, but also add the ability to parameterize the data destinations.
