Pages: Inserting a Page, Duplicating Page, Hiding a Page

I might be missing something obvious here, but if i want to add a page between two existing pages, Initial I have to + the new page, then drag and drop it into position. This isn't too much of an issue but its quite time consuming when dealing with a large number of pages. A similar thing occurs when duplicating a page, it currently just adds the duplicate page after the last page. Perhaps adding an option to insert a page via right click (similar to how excel works) would make this a lot more efficient. Also, when Hiding a tab its not very obvious at a glance the tab is hidden. can this be improved? Thanks
