Page and report level filters on a measure

I would like to be able to apply page or report level filters on a measure. E.g. say you have a set of supplier transactions and you want to keep those suppliers where the total value of the records is above a certain amount. Currently it's not possible to drag a measure to the filters pane and when you apply the filter on a value field it wil filter each individual record instead of the total value.

As others have said, this request has been around a long time, but I guess its down to votes. From a User usability perspective it would make things so much easier and cleaner, imo.

Still early in my Power BI journey and came across this need. Would be nice to have OOB as it was easy to create the measure but YoY measures struggle when you have data in previous years but not the current so each visual has to be filtered instead of the page (or better yet, all the pages).

Other option is to update the Quick Measure create to remove the value if the calculation for YoY returns Blank.
