It would be really useful to have security settings to show or hide individual report pages.
Currently, audiences control access only at the report level, not per page.

- ChrisCleggFrequent VisitorWe're looking for this too. Given the row level access that we have implemented on the data model, some tabs are just not relevant to some users. We can't hide/show them per role, so we need to maintain two reports, where some of the content is duplicated.
- leyreRegular VisitorSure, we experience the same issue. Audiences help secure reports, but some pages become irrelevant with row-level security. Certain analyses also need to be restricted, requiring separate reports
- MarkB63Regular VisitorHello, I am also looking for this too. I have a financial report I produce for my company that has over 100 report pages. On Month Ends, only certain report pages are required, on Quarter and Year ends, all the pages are required. Would also like to hide a page if no data is selected for that report page. I also wish there was a way to program a DAX measure for page #'s on each report page, with options to include/not include hidden pages in that.
- M_GERegular VisitorDefinitely a feature we expect from PBi ASAP. We can already do it on report level, but page level would be much easier and would avoid us to maintain several reports dedicated for specific audience.
- mopowerbiFrequent VisitorThere's 2 options you can use to do this as a work around. 1. Use an app. 2. Use a measure to check the up of the user to enable navigation to a page
- ChrisCleggFrequent VisitorHi leyre, agreed. There are more than two work arounds but they're all klunky and typically make it difficult but not impossible to find the hidden pages. It doesn't seem like it should be too difficult to implement role based security per sheet.
- M_GERegular VisitorHi mopowerbi, Thanks for suggestion. Currently, I'm using Apps to share the content, but the Audience are only applicable at report level. Considering I'm going to build lot of reports for all the company, I don't want to maintain several versions of the same report that will have to be shared in different Apps, just for access purpose. I wish I could use Audience at the page level of each report to grant access or not the the page of the report, thus maintaining only one global report, that will be filtered by Audiences. May I kindly ask you to elaborate a bit more about your suggestions ?
- Maxime_BNew MemberI also wish I had the option in an app to filter the Audience at the page level of a report (hide specific pages for a certain audience, as we can currently do it at the report level). It would be much easier to maintain and prevent the need to duplicate the same report with different pages targeted to different audiences (where each change in the report would have to be manually applied to all other versions of the same report), or trying to implement RLS rules which would be too complicated and impact negatively the overall app. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
