Padding, margins and border widths

Hi,

Can you please implement padding, margins and border widths? It should be such an easy thing to implement and would greatly improve users ability to produce professional looking reports.

For example, I'd like to be able to format a chart to have: padding:20px,border:2px,margin:5px. That way in the report, I can simply align elements side by side and still maintain a 10px margin between elements.
