PBI:Return the ability to regenerate Usage Statistics to Workspace Admins and not just Tenant Admins

I have created a couple of Usage Statistics reports, in Power BI, and failed to check them in a couple of months. They then disabled refreshing. And I have NO WAY of re-generating them as a Workspace Admin. Instead CoPilot seems to be telling me I need to contact the Tenant Admin to do this for me. I work in an extremely large organization and it is confusing enough just trying to figure out who the Tenant Admin is. Please return this ability to do this to Workspace Admins.
