Org apps per app and workbooks with custom message function

I have solved this with spending time with my Copilot M365, This can be done and works really well - such a shame it had to come from user perseverance vs this be implemented. Power Automate can do this like a dream - use the Cloud flow. What I did get after I got this working is Copilot appear in the Power Automate, so should be even easier for users to do it. If the copilot is integrated in the app can brain storm in there, failing that the M365 Copilot got me through the problem. Have all the mails sent to a folder in your inbox, as you need to specify the directory to Power Automate in the flow. Will be a bit of troubleshooting on the syntax when you test etc as everyone's mail exchanges will differ and email addresses. Can be done, so stick with it!
