Optionally disable creation of report when publishing semantic model to Power BI Service

When publishing a model created in Power BI Desktop to a workspace, a report is automatically created regardless of whether there are visuals to be displayed.

If the automatically generated report is deleted, it re-appears when the model is re-published.

An optional toggle to disable the automatic creation of reports from published models would help keep workspaces clearer when there is no intention to use the model as a report in itself.
