Optional Page Thumbnail on Hover

Provide an option for users to see thumbnail previews of a report page when they hover over the associated page tab. Align Power BI's behavior with what users are used to with the current Windows taskbar. When a user hovers over an application in the taskbar, they see a thumbnail. If they hover over the thumbnail, they see a windowed preview, etc. Give users the ability to turn it off or on for their local installation of PBI Desktop and in Settings for their individual login in Service.

I would also add that it would be nice to be able switch to a grid view showing thumbnail images all report tabs; sometimes it is easier to find a report page based on what it looks like rather than its name.
