Option to use either light or dark interface.

New Desktop app update installed an almost white user interface. There is zero contrast which is not good for the eyes. I see where some people have requested a light interface so incorporate an option to select either light or dark theme like in the Office apps.

I prefer the older darker theme, the new lighter theme just doesn't work for me. It was an odd choice to completely replace the old theme rather than just develop a lighter theme users could choose whether to use or not.

Please, at least for the advanced query editor let us code in dark theme at least. The option to make the entire interface dark would also be great.

Devs are sleeping on this wonderful idea, but i'm not sure why though. Could it be that adding a button to toggle the ribbon colors to #5D5D5D (#FFFFFF icon) and the background to #EFEFEF is too hard for skilled Devs? Let's be real for a second, I don't think that they are going to put this feature in anytime soon, the last response from the Admin was back in August.
