Option to change Relative Date filter week Mon-Sun

The Relative Date filter options for the calendar week goes as an unchangeable default from Sunday through Saturday.

Most companies in Europe use Monday through Sunday. Would be immensely useful to be able to change this option or set it though the localization.

Also the ISO standard 8601 defines that a calendar week from Mon-Sun (ISO week date - Wikipedia). Therefore it makes even more sense for this to be configurable.
