As of now, there is no option in Power BI / Power Query to directly edit an existing data source to add a new table or run custom SQL against it, without going through the process of creating a new data connection. Every time we want to include a new table, we must set up a new data source connection, enter the connection details, and then load the new table into the model. This is inefficient.
