Option in Pipeline schedule to specify parameter values

It would be helpful, when creating a schedule for a pipeline to be able to provide parameter values for the pipeline execution for that schedule.  It would make the pipeline more functional and versatile to be able to have multiple schedules for the pipeline with different parameter values based on the purpose of the schedule.
