Open report button on ios is invisible

Often I don't have an opportunity to open a report on my ipad. When i tap on a chart on dashboard it opens in focus mode and there i can see only "annotate and share" option. After i refresh that dashboard i see both "annotate and share" and "open report" options. Please let these two options be always visible, because it's very frustrating for power bi customers.
