On the Filter Pane, Sort By “Currently Applied Filters”

Context / Problem:

• Some reports have a lot of filters (dozens) and is really difficult for an end-user to easily have an idea of the currently applied filters.
• End-users have to scroll down among dozens of filters to understand entirely what is the filter context.

Proposal:

• Add an option to “Sort by Currently Applied Filters”, so that they go all to the top.
