Notifications on breaking changes

Auto-refresh just stopped working one day. I spend a month keeping your support people busy trying to figure it out. Fix ended up being a simple update to the version of PowerBI used to save the .xlsx datasource. A breaking change email that the minimum supported version of PowerBI is changing would have preempted all of this running around.
