Notification for Email Subscription Deletions in Power BI

Hello Team,

We have observed that when a user creates an email subscription to receive reports via email, there is currently no notification mechanism in place when that subscription is deleted. Specifically, there is no alert in the Power BI user interface (such as the bell icon), nor is there an email notification sent to the user who originally created the subscription. The only way to track such changes is through audit logs or activity events.

In light of this, we kindly request the implementation of a notification system for email subscription deletions or updates. This would greatly enhance visibility and accountability, especially for administrators. Additionally, if feasible, we suggest including an option in the Power BI Admin Portal that allows administrators to restrict who can edit or delete email subscriptions.
We believe these enhancements would significantly improve the user experience and administrative control within Power BI.
