Clearly the number of Notebooks/Pipelines that are going to be open is going to be higher than the number of Workspaces
Therefore it would be far more logical to have these in the vertical list and the workspaces in the horizontal list
ALSO - you should just be able to click the Workspace name and it takes you back to where you were - rather than having to click to expand then click the folder then click the sib folder
