New Role in Power BI Service

A new role level which layes inbetweeb Viewer & Contributor.

Lets Call it Business User.

Why this is needed : In real production set up - Data Model is in Workspace 1 and Business wants to make their own version of Reports in anothet Workspace 2.

So we give them Build Access to the datamodel so that they can use parent model and at same time cannot modify it.

problem with this approach is Users cannot add Field Parameters or Calculated Columns. They need to reach out to application owner to add them and republish datamodel in the main workspace.
