New: Matrix Visual

A new matrix visual would be great to add multiple features that would be useful

• Conditional formatting for all each level or row column column and value so custom rules can be set at all levels of the visual
• Manually set column widths and heights
• custom total and sub total DAX calculations to show values in a matrix then create a custom total for instance that may multiply a scale factor for the total
• Set text position for columns, rows and values individually
