Hi all,
as discussed here I think the Scorecards could be improved setting an options to manage a "father level" logically other then mathematically.
As stated in the link we can only use mathematics criterias to calculate the father statis (MAX MIN SUM etc) but it is impossible have a rag status at the father level when the below objects are different measures type.
for example: I want to control my process and I have three KQIs:
1) average processing time
2) maximum product cost
3) minimum number of pieces produced per day
if I am the department manager I want all three controls to be green and I would like to see everything from a single scorecard.
It would also be nice to be able to set the parent level with a RAG logic, for example
GGG - father level G
GAG - father level A
AGG - father level A
RGG - father level R
RGA - father level R
