Need the ability to redeploy an Excel Workbook and retain refresh settings

I need to be able to redeploy an Excel Workbook and retain the same refresh settings I had previously. Currently when I upload an Excel Workbook with the same name it creates a new dataset instead of replacing the previous one. As I do this I also want to retain the refresh settings I had on the original workbook.
