In paginated reports, if a business needs to display the same column under two or more different names, this is currently not possible in Fabric. While it is technically possible to pull the same column into the visualization multiple times, renaming one instance automatically renames all duplicates.
If Fabric allowed the same column to be displayed under multiple names, it would greatly benefit business users.
Currently, to achieve this, we must modify the dataset at the Data Engineering (DE) level, which becomes a tedious process—especially when DE and Data Analytics (DA) are handled by separate teams.
