Currently, Power BI does not support displaying Top N positive and Bottom N negative values in the same visual without complex DAX workarounds.
It would be extremely useful to have a native option in bar charts to display, for example, Top 5 increases and Top 5 decreases based on a measure, while respecting slicers and filters.
This is a very common business scenario (variance analysis, KPI evolution, YoY comparison).
