Multiple themes for a report

Imagine if I could make a Power BI report available in light mode, dark mode, and a custom high contrast mode, using a custom theme for each.

Instead of users seeing the "High-constrast colors" menu in the UI, they would see "Change theme".  Then the list would start with the themes provided by the report developer, then list the high contrast modes.
