Move or copy Power BI tabs between Power BI Desktop files (similar to the same functionality in Excel)

What if you could right-click on a tab in a report in a Power BI Desktop file and have the ability to 'move' or 'copy' this tab to a different Power BI Desktop file? That's exactly what I'm requesting. We have this functionality in Excel, and it is a life saver when I want to combine Excel files or utilize an Excel sheet in a different report. I have the same needs with Power BI, the ability to easily copy or move a tab between desktop files would cut down on time re-doing work already completed in a different file.

Great idea Andrew! As a common user of PowerBI, I've found myself needing this functionality multiple times.

We are trying to develop a analytical product utilising PowerBI. However it is going to become cumbersome to roll out updates if we can't moves pages between files. It also puts a practical limit on a team of people working on a report if you can't consolidate the team's work into a single Report file.

We have a standard Power BI instruction tab. We have to manually recreate on each reports since we cannot do this.

How is this still not a function? Desperately needed.

Yes please make this available. This function is essential, it is so clunky to develop, test then recreate the finished tab in the appropriate 'Workbook'

So weird... You crowdsourced us for BI improvements, yet the ability to copy tabs between files still escapes you. From the previous comments (and original request), seems like the ability would be worthwhile. Why even ask us?
