More Flexible Role in workspace will benefit the workspace member more

Hello, I work with Powerbi for 2 years on a daily basis, and took PL300 this year. I really appreciate powerbi the tool itself and most importantly the people who support and maintain the software and its related system.

We have several different roles in workspace, like admin, member, contributor, etc. Different roles have different accesses.

Is it possible to make it more flexible? Maybe could let the workspace admin to customize the role or create new role?
