Monitoring hub show detailed error logs

Currently, detailed run log access from the Monitoring Hub for Dataflow Gen2 (CI/CD), notebooks and others items are not available.

The idea is to use Monitoring Hub to debug and have detailed run log access directly from the Hub.

It would be a time saver and a quality of life improvement if we could access these details directly from the monitoring hub, avoiding the extra clicks. It would also be great if we could access the details in the pipeline monitoring, if the dataflow is run inside a pipeline. Currently, in order to see the details, we need to manually go into the workspace, pick the dataflow, click recent runs, pick the same run, and then view the details. It's annoying that we need to do all these extra clicks.
