Mobile Reports: Accounting style number format

The Mobile Report Publisher needs an option to format numbers in the data grids like accounting numbers. In some cases, when a zero amount is displayed on an accounting report or statement, the zero value is represented by an empty value/cell (i.e nothing) or a single dash.

in addition to that, negative numbers would be displayed in red and in parenthesis AND would preserve number format for doing totals and sorting in asc/desc.
