Mobile Report background image is not displayed

While testing out the mobile reports, we have discovered that background image would not be displayed. Sometimes after switching pages or changing phone orientation helps. Besides, it doesn't really make sense to use the same background for both web report and mobile report as they have very different aspect ratio.
