Missing tooltip feature for Matrix /Table visuals

Hi, It will be very useful to add native tool tips feature for Matrix and Tables cells so we can show useful information when user hovers over cells. Currently we are having do work arounds like pointing to a tooltip page which is not a great user experience. Thanks
