Missing Skip Line Count Feature in Microsoft Fabric Data Pipeline
Hi Microsoft Support,
I've been working with Microsoft Fabric and noticed a missing feature in Data Factory's copy activity that I rely on heavily.
In Data Factory, under the Source tab, there’s an option for "Skip line count," which is essential for processing CSV files from an SFTP server. These files always contain metadata in the first line, and without this option, it complicates the data ingestion process.
Since my organization is transitioning fully to Microsoft Fabric, I checked Data Pipeline but couldn’t find this feature there. Could you confirm if this is expected behavior, or if there are any workarounds? Additionally, is this something that could be considered for a future release? Thanks Victor Wynn
