I know that there is this feature for tableau but creating a minimum sample size for visuals based on filters/slicers would make the public data reporting so much simpler. Currently I use a card with dynamic backgrounds to "block out data" but then folks do not have the ability to interact with the visuals to the fullest capacity of PowerBI
