Milliseconds as format option for Date/Time

At the Moment there is no format option within the group "Date Time" to show also the Milliseconds. In Excel the formatting would be "dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm:ss,000" ...

Please, we need the format hh:mm:ss.00 to work in milliseconds. It will be very helpfull to sport resarch and another tipe of analysis.
