Within the Microsoft Azure Consumption Insights content pack the billing data is considerably more granular than previous iterations. For our usage though it would be useful to have the Meter Name and Meter Region included in the hierarchy along with a hierarchy created for the region including the Location, Resource Group and Resource Name (calculated by taking the last segment of the path). This would allow us to answer questions like "How much did our DS3v2 cost us in the East datacenter?".
