Message showing when a workspace is linked to a paused capacity

Currently, you can hit weird errors or slow performance when trying to open items in a workspace that is linked to a paused capacity.

It would be a real quality-of-life improvement if there would be a small message or popup showing when a workspace is linked to a paused capacit.

Very good idea! Many misunderstanding errors are now showing up. Developers and end users do not always check whether the capacity is shut down. This is a real quality of life improvement.
