Menu Items

I explored all the visual menus inside the application. I felt they were easy to use. I would suggest making it easier to switch between graphs, or changing the style of the graph in the same class. For instance, how can I see constantly see my ticker marks on a line graph? I visited the feature dashboard, favorites, recents, share with me, workspace and my workspace. I felt the initial suggestions for my dashboard only showed the excel file and not my graph I made. I had to do a refresh (clicking another menu and returning back), in order to see my visualization. This should have been updated automatically. Perhaps it was a small bug?I don't understand the differences between My Workspace vs Workspace. Is the workspace section where you can edit information in real time with a coworker?
