Measure recognition in text Value section

The "+Value" section of text boxes is very hit and miss when it comes to recognizing measures (more miss than hit if I'm honest"

There are constantly times when I will need to write a measure that gives me a dynamic date based on slicers, and we want to insert those dynamic dates in to text boxes for say, Headers.

Sometimes I can simply type the name of the measure and it picks it right up and it works, other times, no matter what I do, I cannot get the system to recognize that measure.

There needs to be some logic that allows this to directly connect with measures in the workbook.
