I think many people developing solutions for finance departments NEED this functionality to sell the usefulness of Power BI. They are very much used to seeing a high level figure on the page and being able to drill down into it. I think if you were able to right click on a field in a table/matrix/card and then select the level you wish to drill down into (based on your model relationships), it then becomes an easy sell to consumers that are very much "I want to see the figures".
