Map calculated column names and measures by id not name when using a power bi dataset as source

When linking a power bi dataset to another power bi dataset, it is possible to refer to existing column names and measures. However if the name of the calculated column / measure used in the source file changes then the destination file will show an error (any visualisations using the calculated column / measure will show an error because the name is not recognised). The solution is to map calculated columns / measures by their id's not their names.
