Hello PBI team! There is no option in the Format (Paint Brush) Menu for a Map to change the color of the text of the Legend. Therefore when you use a Black Page Background all you see is the colored dots but the text blends in with the background. Other visualizations - pie and bar charts, etc have this option! In the Format Menu (Paint Brush) for a Map it is the top option LEGEND - once you turn it on - there's no way to change the color - HOWEVER in pie charts, bar charts, etc... there is Color Option under the Legend Menu.
