Managed Endpoints for Power BI Workload

Currently Managed Endpoints support only Spark workload (notebook, lakehouse) and Eventstream. Managed Endpoints should also support Power BI workload (semantic model, dataflows), so that these items can connect securely and directly to Azure data sources (f.e. Azure SQL DB or storage accounts) without having to rely on gateway connections. This will remove a lot of burdens in big enterprises of managing multiple gateway connections for Azure data sources.
