For enterprise users this is a much needed feature. We thought this feature is already available under Settings -->Admin Portal -->Tenant settings --> Manage Tenant Settings. This feature will help us to adopt Power BI widely across the enterprise. Without this, every user in the enterprise will have option to move any kind of data to cloud and share with any one.
