Managing access to reports in Service is a pain. The Manage Access button from the menu displays a list of names in some arbitrary order (maybe by the order they were entered). You can't filter the list to look for a name, nor sort it alphabetically. With over a hundred users the current system is unwieldy. The same goes for row level security groups
