Make "Next" optional in Power BI relative date slicer

When using the Power BI Slicer for relative dates, I usually want to select past or current periods, like the last year, last 4 weeks, last 5 days, this year, etc.

In my use-cases, so far, "Next" never made any sense. There simply is no future data (for something like "next 4 weeks"), data is up to today/yesterday.

I would suggest to make the slicer more customizable, and at least allow the "next" option to be optional, so I can turn it off where it is unnecessary. This would make the experience easier and more professional for users.
