MS Fabric feature to support connection for lakehouse with Service Principal authentication method

As per confirmation on the public MS Learn document shared below, Service Principal authentication is not currently supported to connect to Fabric Lakehouse from Fabric pipeline. 

 

Only supported authentication method is: Organizational Account

 

Any roadmap to enable the service principal authentication in future?
